The visualization of data produced via numerical simulations is one of the most important tools in numerical relativity. I use programs such as Amira, OpenDX and VisIt to analyze the results of my simulations. These programs are also used to produce movies that can be shown during conferences and seminars both to other scientists and to the general public. What follows is an incomplete list of the movies I realized in the last years and that are public available. Note that all these movies are property of the AEI and their use is forbidden without explicit written authorization by AEI or by myself. Of course I am usually very happy to provide these movies to be used by other people, so simply contact me if you want to use them in order to get proper authorization. |

Movies done with VisIt These movies show the evolution during the inspiral, merger and collapse to black hole of a binary system composed by two neutron stars. The simulations used for these movies are those described in this paper. A complete list of movies about binary neutron star simulations done with the Whisky code, including also movies not done by me, can be found here. |
